Damaged Item

Accidents do happen. If you receive an item that is damaged, please reach out to your local J&K location with the following information to get a replacement right away:

• Order Number
• Job Name
• Item Code
• Pictures of Any Damages on the Item

Non-Damaged Item

If you ordered an extra item by mistake and want to return it:

All items must be in the same condition as they left our warehouse:

• Unopened
• Undamaged

Return Policy Conditions

We treat each return on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to our team when you need to place a return request.

Standard procedure:

• A 25% restocking fee applies for non-assembled cabinets
• No returns are offered on assembled cabinetry
